How can we help you?
Names of Private Investigative firms
1- Introduction
Chainabuse does not directly provide private investigation services and does not provide any commercial services to victims. Instead, we offer the following free advice and support to every victim who opts in:
- Free Advice on your case: We provide free advice to victims based on their cases. To receive advice, simply report your case here and opt-in for support at the bottom of the form. You will then receive an email from support@chainabuse.com
- Increasing chances of recovery: We analyze reports from our platform to connect victims of the same scam, aiding Law Enforcement in identifying larger cases to increase the chances that funds from multiple victims can be recovered.
- Collaboration with Law Enforcement: We collaborate with Law Enforcement worldwide to expedite lead generation and investigations.
Chainabuse is not a substitute for any Law Enforcement reporting platform. We strongly encourage victims to report their cases to Law Enforcement, providing guidance on reporting here.
2- Contracting with private investigative firms.
For a comprehensive understanding of crypto fund recovery, refer to our article here. We discourage contracting with private investigative firms due to high costs and low recovery likelihood. Law enforcement should be the primary point of contact.
It's important to note that private investigative firms may not be effective in cases such as romance scams, pig butchering scams, and rug pull scams.
3- Providing names private investigative firms
Despite our recommendation to prioritize Law Enforcement, we recognize that some victims seek private investigative support (to understand where the funds are likely to have gone or assess whether there are additional recovery options). To address this, we provide information on reputable firms because we do not want victims to scroll over the internet and fall into the hands of asset recovery scammers.
Please note that Chainabuse does not receive any revenue for referrals and does not offer commercial services to victims, and these firms may offer various investigative services at additional costs.
